Hi, friends! Welcome to the home of my epic burger recipes!
I don’t eat tons and tons of meat, but a couple of times a year, and certainly during Burger Month (May), I like to put out a truly amazing, towering burger.
My first is the Got to be NC Burger, featuring as many products from my home state of North Carolina as I could squeeze on it. Really good–lots going on, and I am Here For It!
I am also really proud of my smashed bacon double cheeseburger. Many folks have made this and all have really loved it. You can find some rave reviews if you check out the post.
If you’re a fan of Grease (who isn’t?!), you can eat like Danny Zuko and order a Double Polar Burger with Everything. I had fun with that burger–would be great for a Grease-themed movie night.
