The Plum Pudding Finale

Christmas was pure joy this year. With maybe a little bit of tired feet thrown in for good measure.

First off, the plum pudding saga came to a very satisfying conclusion. If you’d like to read the whole series, here are Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3.

And here’s the video we made of the lead up and unveiling of the pudding.

Now is the time when many bloggers throughout the Hinternet write their post to sum up the last year and to look forward to the next year. I might have done that last year or the year before. I might have considered doing that just a few months ago. Not now, though.

Here’s what The New Me does. I look ahead. I acknowledge that another 365 days have gone by since last December 31, and I know that the days between now and next December 31 will be Amazing. And that’s what I have to say about that.

One more thing:  I know that your 2011 will be Amazing, too. I mentioned this on twitter today, and I’ll say it again here: Do not make New Year’s resolutions; make New Year’s affirmations. Don’t resolve to do things, affirm that you already are then live it.

Thank you, Tracey! I may have cursed occasionally during the whole process, but the end result was, indeed, worth it! 🙂

Makes me welly too. I miss those guys, and I am so glad I have the blog if for no other reason than to have a record of some of our time together. 🙂
