How to Make Potato Stuffing Waffles

For a casual Thanksgiving side

Here's what you'll need to make them.

For crisp waffles, squeeze excess water out of the grated potato before mixing with the other ingredients.

Since the potato mixture doesn't flow like batter, use a small offset spatula to spread it evenly into your waffle iron.
