Here's what you'll need to make the best white chocolate sauce in the world!

Chop the cocoa butter finely. It's easy to chop with a chef knife or serrated knife. Set it aside until you need it. Watch for any errant cats who wander by!

First, stir together: water sugar sweetened condensed milk salt   over high heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Bring to a boil and boil for five minutes. Watch carefully, because it will bubble up.  Adjust the heat as necessary so it doesn't boil over.

Whisk the chopped cocoa butter into the dairy mixture until it is melted. Boil for two more minutes to help emulsify the cocoa butter into the sauce.

Pour the finished sauce into a heat-safe jar.  Allow it to cool, and then store in the fridge for up to ten days.
