Made with pantry staples you probably already own, there are just a couple of tricks to make the perfect Ritz copycat.
Baking on a cooling rack allows the dough to bake evenly. Air can circulate around the tops and bottoms of the crackers cooking them more quickly with less chance of uneven browning.
For the crispiest crackers possible, turn off the oven and let it cool to about 275F. Put the crackers back in the oven and let the residual heat dry them out. Perfection!
