Whipped coffee is made by beating (or whipping) instant coffee and sugar together with a little hot water. Once you get a thick foam, add hot milk or hot milk/water mixture.

>It's easier and quicker to use a coffee frother rather than a spoon. Make sure it has fresh batteries! >Use an instant coffee that has large crystals. It whips up faster and easier.

Is This Like Dalgona Coffee?

Yes. The foam is made the same way. Dalgona is usually iced, while whipped coffee is served hot.

Variations

Flavor your whipped coffee with cinnamon or pumpkin spice. Use any milk you like: cow's milk or any plant-based milk. Add flavored coffee syrups like my butterscotch coffee syrup.
