Layer on deli ham--I usually use honey ham, but use your favorite. And then add another layer of 9 slices of Swiss on top.Put the "tops" back on the buns.
Use a serrated knife to cut the buns into individual sliders. Since they only bake at 350F, you can even safely bake them right in the cardboard container.
