The Best Lemon Coolers Recipe

All That's Missing is the  Green Box!

If you loved eating lemon coolers the way I did--straight from the box until there were none left--you will want to make these cookies immediately!

There are a fair number of specialty ingredients in these cookies, but I'm telling you, it is so worth it when you taste the memory of your childhood!

Despite the long ingredient list, these are very easy cookies to make. You don't even need a mixer of any kind. Make them in a bowl with a spatula!

To make the cookies the same size as the originals, you only need 1/2 teaspoon of dough. One recipe yields 107 tiny, crunchy, zingy cookies!

One of the "secret" ingredients is powdered dextrose. This is the same stuff bakeries use to coat powdered donuts. Magically, it doesn't sink in or melt, either.

If you were a fan of the originals, eating these is like turning back the clock! Grab the full recipe by clicking below. See more cookie recipes on the next slide. Thank you!
