There's also no need to use a mixer. Just grab a bowl and a spatula, and mix everything together starting with the sugar and browned butter and adding the peanut butter and eggs.
When you're ready to bake, portion dough, roll into balls, roll the balls in a sugar/salt mixture, make a criss-cross pattern on each with a fork, and add a touch more sugar before baking.
