Red Sauce: The Best Sauce to Pour Over Cream Cheese

1clovegarlicminced. Sub 1/2-1 teaspoon of granulated garlic if you don't have fresh garlic
⅜teaspoonkosher saltor 1/4 teaspoon table salt
¼teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1Tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1 ½teaspoonsprepared yellow mustard
2Tablespoonsfreshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, then cool.
Serve chilled over cream cheese with crackers.
