This week’s weekly meal plan is all about fast and easy 30 minute meals. Make your week easy by making all of them, or save them to give yourself a break on particularly busy weeknights. Enjoy!
Pasta with Easy Creamy Marinara (or Vodka) Sauce: This easy pasta dish can be made with either water/stock or some vodka for a quick vodka sauce. Start with good quality jarred sauce, and this’ll be ready in about the time it takes to cook the pasta. Happy Monday!
Korean BB Rice Bowl: Susan from The Girl in the Little Red Kitchen brings us a ton of flavors and textures with this gorgeous Tuesday meal. Crunchy, sharp, tangy, sweet, spicy, meaty goodness right here, friends.
One Pan Greek Beef Pasta Think of this meal from The Chef Next Door as a hearty vegetable beef soup minus the broth and plus feta cheese. This flavorful skillet comes together quickly and is sure to please your whole family.
Cheese-Stuffed Queso Fundido Chicken I will admit the Dinner Divas love their carbs, especially this week. That’s because they’re filling and make a great base for a quick meal. For those of you who might not want a carb-heavy meal every night, Pook’s Pantry comes to the rescue with this sexy, protein-filled comfort food. Melty cheese-stuffed chicken breasts blanketed in caramelized onions, roasted poblanos, and more cheese? Yup. Get right on this one, friends.
15 Minute Weeknight Pasta I do love a quick pasta dish, and it doesn’t get much quicker than 15 minutes! Plus, the sauce is filled with a ton of fresh vegetables sauteed in butter (yay!) and served with smoked Provolone. This pasta from Comfortably Domestic is a winner!
Salted Caramel Turtle Fudge Swirl No-Churn Ice Cream By now, you guys should know the extras section is my favorite! This week, the first extra comes from me–a seriously tasty and easy-to-make no-churn ice cream with cut up turtle candies mixed in and layered with fudge swirl. Y’all are going to want to give this one a try. And active time to make this? Maybe 10 minutes. And then all you have to do is wait for it to freeze. Nice!
Mini Walnut Cinnamon Buns Any week that brings cinnamon rolls as an extra is a good week in my book. And when The Chef Next Door’s recipe clocks in at 30 minutes? Even better. Hello brunch, coffee break, and dessert!
And there you have it, our Dinner Divas weekly meal plan for Week 15. I can’t believe we’ve already been doing this for 15 weeks.
Enjoy all these 30-minute meal ideas, and tune in next week when our theme is One Pot Wonders. More easy goodness for the dead of summer!
And here we are–look for us. We are everywhere, and we thank you for spending time with us today. Until next Friday, have a lovely week.
