The Dinner Divas are back with Week 14, and it’s a doozy! Our weekly meal plan this week is all about Breakfast for Dinner. I don’t know about you guys, but if I could have breakfast for dinner all week long, I would. As a matter of fact, I will! Are you in? If so, grab your grocery list and get ready.
Chicken and Egg Sandwich with Hot Honey Butter: Rich, sweet, savory, salty, crunchy, creamy. You cannot lose with this winner of a sandwich from The Girl in the Little Red Kitchen. Using chicken cutlets as opposed to bone-in pieces of chickens means this is an easy weeknight dinner. Since they’re served on English muffins, you can grab my recipe down below and kill two birds with one stone!
The Best Ever Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Burger: What’s so great about a runny yolk on a burger? Because it mixes with the burger juices creating the most lip-smacking sauce ever. Add to that crisp bacon and melty cheese, and this is another one you’ll want to make over and over again. Thanks, Chef Next Door. I’m all over it.
Idaho Potato Breakfast Casserole: Is Pook’s Pantry’s hearty casserole not the best thing you’ve ever seen? Look at those layers! Savory bread pudding base topped with sausage, mushrooms, spinach, shingled potato slices and cheese. You’ll want this for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.
Farmers Omelette: Comfortably Domestic knows how to make a hearty breakfast–she has four boys! This omelette make a perfect dinner with its diced sweet red peppers, sweet onion, hash browns, Canadian bacon, and cheese all tucked into a fluffy omelette. Make it vegetarian by leaving out the Canadian bacon, if you’d like.
Whole Wheat English Muffins: English muffins are much easier to make than you might think. Just a handful of ingredients yield a lovely, soft dough that cooks on a cornmeal-sprinkled griddle. Make them as large or as small as you want for big sandwiches or little sliders! Use them as buns for that gorgeous chicken and egg sandwich above, or even as burger buns for the bacon, egg, and cheese burger up there. With these around, you’ll always be ready for breakfast for dinner!

Blueberry Hibiscus Lemonade: Last but not least, The Girl in the Little Red Kitchen has made us this refreshing and satisfyingly purple lemonade. You’ll want to whip up a pitcher or two and enjoy this all week long (and maybe into next week, too)!
