It’s Ice Cream Tuesday again! While I wish I had a new ice cream to share with you today, I have what is the next best thing! Last week, I was honored to be the guest on Hungry Goddess Eats Radio with The Hungry Goddess herself, Kimberly Moore and her partner in crime, The Home Cooking Goddess Sara Teixido. We had a lively hour-long discussion all about two of our favorite things: summer pie and ice cream. I debuted my Hungry Goddess Ice Cream to Kimberly’s listeners, talked about ice cream bases and flavor combinations and launched into pies. I shared some of my Tips for Making Awesome Crust, talked about some pies I’ve recently made and had a generally excellent time.
