6 Genius Thanksgiving Leftovers Recipes
Is it cocky of me to call this post genius Thanksgiving leftovers recipes? Maybe, but it’s also true. The Dinner Divas have taken Thanksgiving leftovers to where they have never dreamed go before. Breakfast, salad, pizza, pie. It’s a Thanksgiving leftovers extravaganza. Oh, and one cake, because who doesn’t love a delicious apple cake?
Before we get on with the show, let me remind you that you can find all the Dinner Divas posts in the archives.

Savory Breakfast Mashed Potato Cakes from Pook’s Pantry. Mashed potatoes are the best. And my Sissy’s Genius Thanksgiving Leftovers Recipes turns them into delicious little cakes slathered with pecan butter. Yup.
Turkey Biscuit Casserole from Comfortably Domestic. Cut all that leftover turkey into chunks, let it swim in creamy, delicious gravy, and top it all off with biscuits. See? Another genius use for Thanksgiving leftovers from Kirsten.
Thanksgiving Shepherd’s Pie with Stuffing Crust from me. This right here? My Internet claim to fame. The photos may be sad because they are from Long Ago, but this pie right here? Everyone comes. Some people even make it for their main meal without using leftovers at all. (That’s actually what we did when I made this guy the first time). You’re going to love this, you guys.
Thanksgiving Cobb Salad from Girl in the Little Red Kitchen. Never in a million years would I have thought about this: use your leftovers to make a Cobb Salad! I love this idea so much, and almost all your leftovers can find a home in a Cobb. Come on now. You have to call this a genius Thanksgiving Leftovers recipe. I mean, seriously.
Chicken Cranberry Walnut Pizza from The Chef Next Door. Y’all. This pizza is killing me. I mean: cranberry sauce plus goat cheese, walnuts, and chicken–or of course your leftover turkey. Another use for Thanksgiving leftovers I probably would not have thought of. But I’m thinking about it now!
Stuffing Hash from Girl in the Little Red Kitchen. I wonder if Susan knows how much I love hash? Because if she does, I need to thank her for making this for me. This magical use for Thanksgiving leftovers requires just a handful of ingredients. You will want to make this one maybe for brunch the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Seems about right.
Perfect Fresh and Dried Apple Pecan Cake from me. This last recipe? No leftovers here, unless you have some leftover pecans lying about from your pie making. I just really love this cake. The flavors speak of fall, and it’s also really pretty. It’s a “naked cake,” and I decorated the top layer with nuts and apple slices before baking. Instant decoration!
And that takes care of our Dinner Divas round up of genius Thanksgiving leftovers recipes. Please let us know what you make, because these recipes are all winners. Yay Divas, and yay you guys!
We all hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thank you for grabbing some leftovers ideas from us, and enjoy.
