Today I have a smorgasbord (or whatever the Irish version of a smorgasbord is) of easy St. Patrick’s Day recipes for you. I’m not generally huge into celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, especially if it means drinking green beer.

If you’re the same way, celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with some of my, and my friends’, Irish and Irish-inspired recipes. Enjoy!
