Yes friends, it’s that time again. 99 weeks of weekly meal plans, y’all. And this week, we are bringing the comfort. Hope you’re hungry!
This recipe from Comfortably Domestic is the perfect transitional dish. Comforting Stroganoff, but lightened up to feel more spring-like. You’re going to love this.
A wonderful springtime stew, this lamby goodness is made from a surprisingly short list of ingredients. Big on flavor and easy to make is a winning combination!
French Onion Soup is delicious and comforting, but it can require a bit of time and work. Making it in the Instant Pot before broiling it in the oven makes shorter work of this classic. Can’t wait to make this one!
Pook’s Pantry is the Veggie Cakes queen, y’all. And if she says these baked guys are delicious, I gotta believe her. Full of leafy greens and quinoa, they also have a bit of crunch from the breadcrumbs. And she also gives you a gluten-free option if you need one. Nice!
Brown rice, black beans, vegetables and cheese seasoned with Tex-Mex flavors and baked inside sweet peppers? Yeah, I’m in. Thanks, Comfortably Domestic! Vegetarian as written, you could also add some meat to the filling if you’d like.
Decadent doesn’t have to equal hard to make. If you can cook butter and brown sugar together and you like to play with fire, you can make these little beauties! They are super rich, but a wonderful treat at the end of a meal.
Stout and chocolate are best friends, so I absolutely know how delicious this ice cream from The Speckled Palate is going to be, even though I haven’t made it yet. And the operative word is “yet!” If you haven’t jumped on the no churn ice cream band wagon, what are you waiting for?
And there you have it. 99 week down, and how many to go? We’ll keep bringing you menu plans for as long as you need help with dinner ideas!
What will you be making this week? Let me know in the comments so I can share with The Divas!
Thanks for spending some time with us today. Take care, and have a lovely day.
