It’s time for our weekly meal plan, friends! Starting you off with some easy, tasty sheet pan nachos and then taking you through the week with recipes that don’t take too long to make but deliver on flavor. Nice!
And don’t miss our extras–butter pecan biscotti and gingerbread cake. Huzzah!
Sheet Pan Barbecue Chicken Nachos from The Speckled Palate. Using a rotisserie chicken makes short work of a colorful Monday night meal. Nacho night is my favorite!
Instant Pot Meatball Stroganoff from My Imperfect Kitchen. High tech meets comfort food in these succulent little morsels Sara has cooked up for us. I have nothing else to say other than, “Let’s eat!”
Chestnut-Stuffed Pork Loin from Pook’s Pantry. Elegant enough for a dinner party and easy enough for a weeknight. You are looking at almost an hour in the oven, so use that bake time to do some other things. Your reward: this beauty on your table and in your mouth!
Southwest Steak Stir Fry from Comfortably Domestic. Southwestify your stir fry with some green chile sauce and salsa, guacamole, and sour cream as a garnishes. Let Kirsten show you how it’s done. And since it’s a stir fry, you know it’ll be on the table, pronto!
Vodka Sauce Grandma Pizza Recipe from me. Hooray for pizza Friday! This pizza is baked in olive oil on a sheet pan, making both a ton of pizza a a crispy, golden crust. Start with store-bought dough and vodka sauce to simplify your life, or plan ahead and use some leftover vodka sauce from another meal. This pizza comes together pretty quickly, and like any pizza, you can customize the toppings to your taste.
How beautiful are these Butter Pecan Biscotti from Pook’s Pantry? Perfectly twice baked with big pieces of pecan and a very sexy chocolate drizzle. You have my permission to not share with the kids. Enjoy these responsibly, please.
Gingerbread Cake with Orange Cream Glaze from Comfortably Domestic. Molasses, spices, and orange? This cake will become your new best friend and might just remind you of your grandma like it does for Kirsten.
We’re getting down to the wire here, holiday-wise. We hope this meal plan simplifies your life a bit!
