Turkey Tortilla Soup from The Speckled Palate. Comfort in a bowl. And be sure to pin this particular recipe for when you are trying to figure out how to use up your leftover Thanksgiving turkey!
Veggie Cakes from Pook’s Pantry. Loaded with veggies and super snackable, these veggie cakes are a delicious, easy, and fun way to get more vegetables into your family’s diet, even if they’re picky eaters.
Creamy Onion Soup from Comfortably Domestic. More comfort. Lord have mercy. If you love the Outback Steakhouse version, I know you will be all over Kirsten’s copycat version of this restaurant classic.
Easy Spicy Vegetarian (or Vegan) Chickpea Chili from me. This chili comes together in no time. Hummus and salsa provide body and flavor to the sauce and underscores the delicious earthy chickpeas.
Clams in White Wine from Life’s a Feast. Packed with flavor with body from a flour/wine slurry and richness from butter, these clams will make your Friday meal. Or any meal.
Vegan Chocolate Chip Granola Bars (No Bake) from me. Mix these granola bars up, press them into a pan, and refrigerate. They come together easily and are packed with flavor. They’re also good for you! Tuck one into your kiddo’s lunchbox, or into your own lunchbox!
