Here we are again, friends! It’s Friday, and it’s time for our Weekly Meal Plan post! This week, week 49, we have a lot of breakfast-for-dinner options as well as a nut free chicken satay and a heart-healthy salmon burger. Plus extras, which are my favorite!
Grab your pen and make your lists so you can make some of these great recipes for your family. And as always, consider bookmarking our archives so you can find everything in one place.
German Pancakes/Dutch Baby from me. These guys contain a Secret Ingredient that gives them a heartier texture and sneaks in a bit of extra nutrition. Easy to make and wonderful to eat with crisp edges and a custardy interior. So good for breakfast-for-dinner, breakfast, or brunch.
Crispy, Cheesy Hashbrowns from Pook’s Pantry. Another breakfast-for dinner option, my Sissy knows how to fancy up some hashbrowns, so be sure to check this one out. Bacon and pepper jack cheese? Well, that’s just the beginning!
Nut-Free Chicken Satay with Coconut Rice from Comfortably Domestic. Delicious whether or not you have a nut allergy. Kirsten swears (and I believe her) that the sunflower butter she uses in place of peanut butter really makes the dish. Also: easy to make and on the table fast!
Classic Salmon Burgers from The Speckled Palate. How delicious does this look? Erin says you can make these burgers in a grill pan or out on the grill. And served with avocado slices and lettuce, this burger is a winner. Yes.
Moroccan Merguez Ragout with Poached Eggs from me. Okay, now. I made my own merguez and spice blend, but please know you don’t have to be like me. You can purchase merguez or use your favorite sausage, and ras al hanout, a Moroccan spice blend, is available to buy as well. So please make this. So hearty and satisfying.
Easy Blueberry Peach Streusel Muffins from Pook’s Pantry. Another post where the photo speaks for itself. You want muffins? Make these.
Easter Strawberry Champagne from The Speckled Palate. There is no way you can go wrong with this drink. And keep the strawberry simple syrup in your arsenal whenever you need a spritzer, too!
And that does it for this week, friends. Enjoying our weekly menu plan posts? Please let me know in the comments!
Thanks for spending some time with us today. Take care, and have a lovely day.
