Here we are again, back with week 30 of the Dinner Divas weekly meal plan! You can tell that we’ve already got our eye on Thanksgiving, can’t you? Well for the next few weeks, we’ll be bringing you Thanksgiving-themed meal plans. Next week we have sides for you, then desserts, and lastly, leftover possibilities, so keep your eyes peeled for those. And don’t forget you can always hit up the archives for all the goodness.
Barbecue Chicken Stuffed Baked Potatoes from Girl in the Little Red Kitchen. I mean, really. Do you need to know anything else? Just start making your list, y’all.
Red Chile Chicken Flatbread Pizza from The Chef Next Door. I love a quick weeknight pizza, and Sarah brings us this guy who is packed with flavor. Grab a rotisserie chicken and some of your favorite bottled red sauce (click through to see how Sarah spices hers up) and dinner is almost ready.
Winter Market Buddha Bowls with Potato, Quinoa, and Beets from Pook’s Pantry. This is a thing of beauty. A composed potato and grain salad made more vibrant with the addition of golden beets, ribbons of carrot, and that perfectly poached egg. That means brunch, lunch, breakfast-for-dinner: it’s all fair game!
Citrus Herb Roasted Turkey from Comfortably Domestic. Yes, the Large Bird looms in a few weeks. For now, give your roasting skills a test run with this turkey breast recipe from Kirsten. Citrus herb is a fantastic flavor profile for any poultry, so if you really dig this recipe, Kirsten hooks you up with how to cook a whole bird!
Double the Legacy Baked Macaroni and Cheese from me. I entered this crispy-topped baked macaroni and cheese in a recipe contest. I didn’t win the contest, but we won, because this stuff is delicious! The sauce is flavorful and just a bit less cheesy than some I make. But I won’t tell if you want to add extra cheese!
Apple Pie Angel Biscuits from Comfortably Domestic. I love this recipe from Kirsten. It’s an extra because you can serve it almost whenever and wherever you want. It has apple pie filling, so it’s sort of a dessert. But it’s biscuits baked in cast iron, which makes them perfect for breakfast or brunch! Eat them all the time, until they are gone. That is my advice to you.
Bourbon Brownie Pumpkin Pie from Girl in the Little Red Kitchen. Wow. We started with one of Susan’s recipes, and I let the photo do the talking. And here we are at the end of our weekly meal plan, and yet again, here’s a recipe from Susan, and I have no words. I mean, seriously? Thanksgiving dessert, sorted.
And that does it for this week you guys! I hope you enjoy it all, and remember to keep an eye out for our Thanksgiving-themed posts starting next week.
Until then, you can always catch the divas around the web. Thanks for spending some time with us, and enjoy the meal plan.
Take care, and have a lovely day.
