Welcome to the week after Thanksgiving and to our weekly meal plan! Hopefully you’ve eaten up all your leftovers (Thanksgiving shepherd’s pie, anyone?) or frozen them for later.
And since you’re probably not looking to cook your Christmas meal just yet, we have a great menu for you this week full of winter comfort food plus two Christmas baked treats you’ll want to make for when guests drop over or even for a cookie exchange.

Here’s a quick rundown of what we have for you this week, friends. How about a Vegetarian Sweet Potato Bisque that has options to make it vegan and Whole 30?
Pumpkin tacos, a chicken roasted in a slow cooker, some delicious breakfast for dinner yeast raised chocolate pancakes, chicken and sausage gumbo, and those extras I mentioned.
We’ve got classic gingerbread squares as well as peppermint cheesecake brownie bars. Wowza!
