Lower Peninsula Pasty: A Spin on the Historic Meat Pie
I don't know about y'all, but a savory pie is my idea of comfort. Give me a chicken pot pie, shepherd's pie, or a little hand pie, and I'm Super Happy! Your family will be too will this comforting filling of meat, potatoes, and other vegetables. Yes please.
Cauliflower Lasagna made with Cauliflower Noodles
Make the cauliflower noodles when you have some time, let them cool, and freeze them. Then you can layer them, still frozen if you like, with a quick meat sauce and ricotta for a low carb lasagna that is super flavorful. This recipes serves 4-6 so you won't be faced with a mountain of leftovers.
And that brings us to the end of another meal plan.
We hope you find something to love that will make your family happy and your cooking life a bit easier.
