Happy November, and Happy first weekly meal plan post of Thanksgiving month! How did that happen?!
This week, we have a great veggie option for your Meatless Monday followed by lots of comforting meaty dishes.
Our extras this week are a Day of the Dead Cake (make that guy today!) and decadent pumpkin caramel cream cheese swirled brownies. Oh my!
Hope You’re Hungry!
Let’s take a little stroll through the menu before we get right to it, friends.
We have baked broccoli veggie cakes for you as well as ready in a flash rigatoni with hearty meat sauce.
Get ready to enjoy some Southern chicken and dumplings on Wednesday followed by ground beef pies. Who doesn’t love a savory pie? And pies you can pick up? Even better!
End the work week with delicious lamb meatballs, and don’t miss the chocolate cake or the pumpkin swirl brownies.
Let’s do this!
Easy Day of the Dead Cake
A chocolate cake flavored with pumpkin spice with easy decorations of all the sprinkles. The cake is based on Hershey's Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Cake, and you don't even need a mixer to make it. Try my goat cheese frosting or make cream cheese. This cake is a winner!
Pumpkin Blondies with a Caramel Cream Cheese Swirl
These brownies are simply packed with all the good things. Thank you, Erin, for rounding out the week so deliciously!
And that brings us to the end of another menu plan. We hope you find these meal plans helpful.
If you make something, please let us know. We love to hear from readers, and we love to help make your menu planning a little bit easier.
Thanks for spending some time with us today. Take care, and have a lovely day.
