Friends, it is Friday again, and while it is nice to know we can rely on Fridays, it seems like they are coming more quickly than they used to! And since it’s Friday, it’s time for our weekly meal plan post!
This week, we are seriously craving some fall comfort foods, and you’ll see it in our menu plan. Shall we get to it? Yes, let’s.
It’s Meal Plan Time, Friends!
This week, the Divas turn to our Instant Pots, to our ovens, and to our ovens as we are more certain cooler weather is just around the corner, even if some of us can’t quite see it yet!
We are bringing you a comforting soup, a fancy yet easy to make pork roulade, delicious beef carnitas for stuffing into tacos, burritos or topping nachos, a salmon burger, a wonderful naturally gluten free pizza with a hashbrown crust, and 2 kinds of cookies, one more for the adults and one for the kids. Here we go!
And there you have it. So much deliciousness, so little time!
But we do hope at least some of these recipes will find their way into your weekly meal plan and then maybe into regular rotation.
