It’s Meal Planning Time!
On tap this week, aside from the extras I mentioned in the introduction, your Dinner Divas have brought you black bean cakes perfect for dipping, a chicken guacamole sandwich, veggie cakes full of kale, spinach, carrots, chard, and quinoa, tuna crostini with an easy and delicious pistachio pesto, and THE sandwich in the Northeast US: a lobster roll, but made with less expensive langostino.
