Weekly Menu Plan, Week 116
Grilled Vegetable Gazpacho (Greek Style) for Progressive Eats
A Greek-style Gazpacho that is easy to whip up in the blender or food processor. Grill the vegetables and blend them up. That's pretty much it. Super easy to make and super flavorful.
Beef Taco Pasta Salad
A mashup of taco salad and pasta salad? This sounds like the ultimate in comfort food to me. A creamy homemade dressing bring together so many vibrant elements including corn, avocado, bell pepper, and green onion. Yes please, Erin!
Green Vegetable Cakes | Pook's Pantry Recipe Blog
Make these veggie cakes with the exact vegetables Cheryl suggest, or use up what's in the fridge. Vegetables are a great way to make a fridge-clearing meal delicious!
Cowboy Tumbleweed Burger - Comfortably Domestic
Because every summer meal plan needs at least one great burger recipe, Kirsten offers up this fabulous all-beef number topped with cheddar, crispy bacon caramelized onions, and pickled jalapenos. Symphonic!
3 Cheese Lasagna Pizza | Grandma Pie with Ricotta, Mozzarella & Fontina
This is another version of my beloved Grandma pizza. Use the dough recipe I suggest or use your favorite recipe or even store-bought, I borrow the ricotta cheese layer from lasagna and spread it all over the pizza and otherwise keep it fairly simple, but feel free to add your favorite toppings.
Strawberry Limeade Recipe | Pook's Pantry Recipe Blog
Cheryl brings us this wonderfully refreshing limeade for our first extra. 4 ingredients and only a few minutes to make, you'll be sipping on this limeade again and again this summer. And for the adults, feel free to add a splash of Your Favorite Spirits!
Red White and Blueberry Yogurt Pops
These yogurt pops look so refreshing and you won't believe how easy they are to make. Seriously, click through and see what Kirsten has (not) cooked up! Vanilla yogurt, strawberries, and blueberries. Boom, the end! You could also layer these up without freezing for an easy breakfast if you wanted!
And there you have it friends. An array of easy and delicious recipes for you to make for–or with–your family.
