Grilled Vegetable Gazpacho (Greek Style) for Progressive Eats
A Greek-style Gazpacho that is easy to whip up in the blender or food processor. Grill the vegetables and blend them up. That's pretty much it. Super easy to make and super flavorful.

This is another version of my beloved Grandma pizza. Use the dough recipe I suggest or use your favorite recipe or even store-bought, I borrow the ricotta cheese layer from lasagna and spread it all over the pizza and otherwise keep it fairly simple, but feel free to add your favorite toppings.
