Find your New Year's Eve Cocktail Party Menu right here! | pastrychefonline.comMy blogging friends are pretty great. When I ask for recipes for round-ups, they are always happy to share. This time, I asked for links for the theme “New Year’s Eve Party Recipes,” and boy did they deliver! One hundred appetizers alone and dozens of festive cocktails and desserts. One hundred ninety recipes in all. Hooray!

Consider this your one-stop menu shop for planning out your New Year’s Eve Party recipes–from dips and spreads to crostini, from sangria to champagne to classic cocktails and from chocolate to fruit to champagne desserts, there is something for everyone. So many of the appetizer recipes are already vegetarian, and there are plenty that are also vegan or follow other eating plans (such as paleo). If the recipe specified, I’ve noted any eating plans they adhere to. Otherwise, just take a look to see if it’s something you can use as is or will have to adapt a bit.

I hope this New Year’s Eve Party Recipes Round-Up is helpful to you. Here’s to a delicious lead-up to 2016!

The Ultimate New Year’s Eve Party Recipes Round-Up

First up, apps. You’ll find plenty of variations of cheese balls here, a ton of crostini, slow cooker meatballs, shrimp cocktail, dips and all sorts of variations on Bites of Deliciousness. Some were hard to arrange, but if the star of the app is cheese and doesn’t have meat, it’s in the “All the Cheese” category. If there’s some cheese in it as an accent or if there is meat and cheese, you’ll find it either under Veggie Crostini, etc or under Meaty Appetizers.

All the Cheese: Balls, Logs, Spreads, Dips, Fondue, Cheesy Toasts, Etc.

New Year’s Eve Cocktails

Now it’s time for festive cocktails. I have them divided into four main categories for you. Still-wine based sangria, sparkling cocktails (champagne, prosecco, etc), cocktails based on liquors and liqueurs that I’m calling “classic.” Some here are straight up classic cocktails while others are spins on classics, and last but not least, creamy cocktails–ones containing dairy or a dairy substitute like coconut milk. There are also some fun boozy hot chocolates and toddies for you under “Hot Cocktails,” and a few mocktails, sparkling and otherwise, for those of you are prefer not to drink alcohol or are designated drivers. And for all you hosts out there, it’s nice to provide a couple of mocktail options for the DDs at your party.

Last but not least in this category, my friend Stephanie provides us all with some hangover cures. Just in case.

Classic Cocktails (Liquor and Liqueur-Based)

New Year’s Eve Desserts

As far as I’m concerned, your New Year’s Eve Party Spread should contain at least a few desserts. After all, we want the new year to be sweet, so what better way than with enjoying some sweets to ring the new year in?

I’ve divided up these offerings into sweet snacks such as fruit dip and such, cakes and cheesecakes, cupcakes and cake pops, fancy individual desserts and parfaits, and cookies and brownies. Whether your New Year’s Eve party includes a dessert buffet as part of a larger cocktail buffet or if you’re having a seated dinner, you’re sure to find the perfect ending here.
